Neon Mutant Generation is a digital zine platform created by Amber Omega.  The podcast and website feature discussion about alternative culture within music and film of the past and present.

Amber Omega is a Fresno based artist whose creative work runs across various mediums including videography, graphic design, illustration and music.  She designed posters, band flyers, and album covers for the local art and music scene. She sings lead vocals and plays guitar in punk grunge band Squid Ink. She directed music videos for Fatty Cakes And The Puff Pastries, Alice Bag, and more.  Her work is highly influenced by punk, cult movies and science fiction. Currently she is working on her first comic zine.
